Using films of actual horses, shown on a large screen, guests enjoy an evening of selecting and then cheering on their horse. By using real money, they can be an extremely successful fundraising event. There are always eight horses in a race and guests choose from the race card the ones they fancy putting their money on. People go to the betting table / tote table to place their bets. If their horse wins, they get back more than they started with.

Most race nights have eight races and, combined with a few drinks and often a meal, they really are a very popular event. Many variations are possible; an event for 250 people will take more organising than one for 50. Race nights can alternatively be just be a night's entertainment for club members or staff. Our race night can come fully packaged with a disco, karaoke, quiz, rat pack singer or any other style of entertainment you wish. We can theme your night to James Bond, Wild West, Las Vegas, Gangster etc etc. If you have an idea, we will work with you to make it happen. We provide everything that you will need including PA, LCD projection equipment, tote tickets, race cards, publicity for your event and an experienced host to compere and run the evening and ensure you raises as much money as possible!

Race Nights for Many Organisations & Groups
Race nights can alternatively be just be a night's entertainment for club members or staff. In this case, we provide fun money and whoever has accumulated the most at the end wins a prize. Race Nights Can Be Used For Any Reason
Race nights can be used for any reason. Not only do we help raise money - we also create a great night of entertainment; something a little bit different from the normal social gathering as well as providing everything you need to organise a great race night. If you have a company charity the bets can be for real money with all the losing bets going to your charity fund. If you prefer not to use real money, we provide casino chips or fun money, with prizes going to whoever has won the most at the end of the night. To add to the fun, there'll always be opportunities to win more money, perhaps by telling a joke or singing a song. Ideally everyone should be seated. Betting can be individual, although with fun money it is usually done in teams.

Corporate Clients
Many corporate clients hold events as team building exercises and also as a way of saying thank you to their staff for hard work done throughout the year. All our Race Nights are fully self contained events, we supply all the equipment needed to run a very successful Race Night. Our experienced comperes will work out all the odds on the night. The only work you need to do is to promote your event and sell the tote tickets on the night. The event can be as basic or extravagant as you wish. Betting is with casino chips, either individually or in teams (tables). Everyone can join in, including children, with a prize for the winners.

Races are all from well known racecourses, with 8 horses in each race. If the guests are real enthusiasts we also have greyhound and stock car races.
